We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses / Paramedics to deliver outstanding end of life care across our two sites.

Qualification
- Registered Nurse (Level 1) or
- Registered Paramedic (HCPC) with 2 years post registration experience
- Evidence of ongoing professional development (where appropriate)
Experience
- Palliative care experience preferred but not essential
- Experience of working in a multi-professional team (including as a student) and the ability to work under pressure and organise workload effectively

- Able to communicate sensitively with patients, those important to them and careprofessionals in difficult situations
- Ability to problem solve and act to address issues
- Computer literacy
- Confident to work autonomously, taking responsibility for the co-ordination of care and support
